Through DirectAdmin, you can create a custom email address with hosted domain names (Example: account@yourdomain.com). So, you can create as many email accounts as you want to make through the control panel.
1. First, to login into the DirectAdmin control panel visit: https://server-hostname:2222
2. Navigate to Email Manager → Email Accounts.
3. To create new email account → Click on CREATE ACCOUNT.
4. Enter required information,
Username: Enter the prefix of email account (Example: prefix@yourdomain).
Password: Enter the strong password for the email account.
Email Quota: Specify the Disk Space allocation for the email account.
Send Limit: Specify sending limit for an email account.
5. Finally, click on CREATE ACCOUNT.
Congratulations! You have successfully created an email account in DirectAdmin.
